 שלום, וברוכים הבאים לכנס המיינדפולנס הישראלי 2019.

הכנס יתקיים בסוף חודש יוני, ומיועד לכולם. מתרגלי מיינדפולנס וותיקים,  לאלה שגילו אותו לא מזמן ולמתעניינים חדשים. בכנס תקבלו מעל ל40 הרצאות עם טובי המורים
בארץ למיינדפולנס ועם מורים בכירים שמשלבים מיינדפולנס בעבודתם.  כל המורים משתתפים בכנס בהתנדבות מלאה, מתוך רצון שהמיינדפולנס יהיה נגיש לכולם. באותה רוח, הכנס מוצע בחינם עם בקשה לתרומה.  כל התרומות יופנו לעמותת “מיינדפולנס ישראל” אשר תעביר את התרומות הלאה למגוון פרויקטים ועמותות אשר תומכות בקהילה : יש לנו מתנדבים שמגיעים מדי שבוע לאנשים שמתמודדים עם סרטן ומלמדים אותם מיינדפולנס, ויש מלווים רוחנים שמלווים אנשים לקראת מותם, יש מורים שמגיעים לבתי כלא ומלמדים אסירים מדיטציה כחלק מתהליך שיקומי, ויש מגוון רחב של פעילויות המתקיימות בתוך בתי הספר לילדים ומורים.  המטרה של הכנס היא שיחד כקהילה נתמוך בקהילה מתוך הכוח של הביחד.

ד”ר לפילוסופיה, מתרגל את הדהרמה מעל 20 שנה. הושפע בעיקר מממסורת נזירי היער של אג’האן צ’ה ומתרגול סוטו זן. משמש כמורה המנחה של מרכז הזן בירושלים, כותב ומנגן. עבודת הדוקטורט שלו מתמקדת בחקר הבודהיזם במערב.
